Our Founder Noel Fitzjohn has been obsessed by food since the 1960s when he was taken by his parents around dark, exotic smelling shops with the heady flavours of locust beans and tiger nuts, mingled with cinnamon and cloves. Now over 50 years later we are proud to purvey some of the finest mustard, salt, vinegar, pate, free range and foraged foods on the planet some especially imported, made in our  kitchen in Kent and sold from our stall in Borough Market and our associated company in Faversham,
